How to use:
Place a single shower steamer on the tub floor a few inches in front of you. The water should trickle over the shower steamer. As the warm water hits it, the essential oils will be released into the steam.

We’ve found that 1 shower steamer lasts for 1 shower (depending, of course, on how long your showers are 😉)
